FIVE Rotherham schools and colleges have set a new standard by becoming the first-ever platinum award recipients.
An infant, junior, secondary, special school and further education college from Rotherham have all won the newly-developed platinum Warwick Award and will receive the awards at a celebration organised by Rotherham Ready.
Herringthorpe Infant School, Thorpe Hesley Juniors, Wickersley School and Sports College, Hill Top Special School and Dearne Valley College will all be presented with the awards.
Rotherham Ready engages young people aged four to 19 in developing enterprise skills.
